New ordering Policies

Due to the problems that have happened this summer, I have radically changed the order system that we use here.

1) If you are a regular customer, then I am prepared to send the cds to you and have you send the money to me, AFTER you have received the cds

2) I will also make my mobile phone number available to regular customers so that they can contact me about orders

3) Items that I say are 'instock' will ship IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of order, typically return of post for silver orders in stock, same day for cdr/vhs depending on size of order

4) for Pre-orders of silvers, it is no longer acceptable to keep people waiting the length of time that people have been waiting for orders in the past, so I offer the following guarantee. If the silvers you pre-order are not ready to ship within 14 days, you will have the option of having your money refunded, continuing to wait for your cds but with an extra film included free, or changing your order for films that will ship quicker

These conditions apply to all orders from the 1st of December 1999
